  • What is the Refund Policy?

    All participants will receive the number of sessions as advertised on the website and in other promotional material.

    Should Sparta facilities experience an enforced closure due to circumstances beyond the control of the management, we will endeavour to reschedule sessions, but reserve the right to cancel the session outright if re-scheduling proves impossible.

    All refunds are considered on an individual basis and are at the discretion of the SPARTA Director. In all cases a 10% administration fee will be applied to any refund given. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

    - Should a participant withdraw before a course commences, they will receive a full refund.
    - Should a participant succumb to an injury that prevents them from participating fully in an activity, they will receive a full refund. If sessions have already been attended then a pro-rata refund will be calculated.
    - Should a participant withdraw from a course due to the family relocating and leaving Bahrain, a pro-rata refund will be calculated

  • What is SPARTA?

    SPARTA Is the extended Sport, Arts and activities provision of St.Christopher`s School, Bahrain. SPARTA enables participants to enjoy and learn in a variety of different ways on its ever developing activities program.

  • Can I join SPARTA activities if I am not associated with St. Christopher`s school?

    SPARTA activities are open to the whole community, we welcome all members of the community and hope you come and enjoy what’s on offer.

  • How much does it cost and are there any concessions?

    SPARTA activities prices are advertised in advance and can be found on the individual activities, SPARTA constantly review pricing to give value for money, concessions may be given on the discretion of the Director.

  • Can I watch my children while they are doing their activity?

    We encourage parents to watch swimming lessons and have seating at the side of the pool. For other activities, in order to ensure the security of our facilities and all children on site, we do not encourage parents to stay and spectate. We have two coffee shops and a supermarket directly opposite the school which parents can visit if they do not live close to Saar.

  • Do activities run through the school holidays?

    We will notify you in advance of any dates that activities will not run.
